Committed to Supporting our Local Community

As part of our commitment to our local communities, we sponsor the Wylam Rockets under eight boys football team.

At Separate Reality, not only do we pride ourselves on developing close and personal relationships with our clients, but with the communities in which we operate. We wish to support local societies in whichever way we can, and sponsoring Wylam Rockets Football Club is our latest endeavour to provide a helping hand.

Managed by David Maughan and Harry Bell, Wylam Rockets Football Club was founded in 2003 and is run entirely by volunteers. The club has grown and developed over the years and now includes 15 different teams, which provides playing opportunities for more than 150 children each year. All the current volunteers hold a valid Criminal Records Check (CRC) as part of the FA safeguarding children strategy, and all the team’s coaches have also completed emergency aid, safeguarding and FA Level 1 coaching qualifications.

We support the Wylam Rockets under eight boys football team by funding the team’s kit and providing any equipment required for training or playing football matches each week.

Nick Jennings, CEO & Founder at Separate Reality, said: “I am delighted that we have the opportunity to support the Wylam Rockets Football Club and help to develop our local community and grass roots football for kids. As a company which operates nationally, we strive to have a positive impact on the communities in which we work.

“Wylam Rockets is a fantastic football club, which my own son is a part of, that provides lots of kids with the opportunity to play sport and get plenty of exercise outside of school, thanks to the many generous volunteers which help to manage the club.”
